How to use. Patch test any new active on the inner forearm or behind the ear for 24-48 hours first. PM: Matrixyl serum on neck and chest, then the Olay cream. AM: Olay cream and SPF 30+. Add The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%: Only the niacinamide part, but that is the lead active by weight in Techno Neck. Add CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum: Real vitamin C in a gentle serum; a different form, so half credit.
Partial credit means the part only partly matches that standout.

Why it is close. Same cream-with-niacinamide-and-peptides idea at a drugstore price, and it is meant for face and neck. Olay's published full INCI could not be retrieved, so the shared actives are from retailer copy.
The Ordinary
Why it is close. Only the niacinamide part, but that is the lead active by weight in Techno Neck.
The Ordinary
Why it is close. A peptide serum rather than a cream, covering the peptide side of Techno Neck with far more peptide variety. Needs a moisturizer on top. Costs about $32 so it is the priciest of these.
The Ordinary
Why it is close. Matrixyl-family peptides have clinical wrinkle data. Pair with a moisturizer and niacinamide to get close to the Techno Neck active profile.
